Does the Charge Station work with the Microsoft rechargeable battery packs for Xbox 360?: Yes. The Charge Station 360 can charge Nyko’s battery packs and first party rechargeable battery packs for the Xbox 360’s wireless controller.
Can the Charge Station 360 be used on rechargeable AA batteries?: No. The Charge Station 360 can only be used on rechargeable battery packs made for the Xbox 360 wireless controller.
How long does it take to charge the batteries?: One battery takes 2 hours and charging two batteries takes 4 hours
Where does the Charge Station 360 plug into?: The Charge Station plugs into any standard wall outlet, it does not use the USB ports on the console.

Problem:

When I plug in my Charge Station 360 the lights flash green, but I get no response when I insert the batteries.

Solution:

Please make sure to remove the plastic covering that is on the batteries before charging the batteries.

Problem:

When I try to use the batteries that came with my Charge Station 360, the controller’s LED lights just flash and I am not able to use the controller.

Solution:

Try syncing your controller to the Xbox 360 console. If the problem persists remove the battery, and please check the barcode on the back of your controller. If the last 3 digits are 024 or higher, the controller is not compatible with you Charge Station batteries. Please contact Nyko customer support so that we can exchange your batteries for compatible replacements.

Problem:

I can not charge my batteries in the Charge Station 360.

Solution:

This can happen when the batteries are completely drained. To “jump start” the batteries, simply attached a Power Kit, Play and Charge kit or other USB based charging solution for the 360 Wireless Controller for approximately 15 seconds. This should provide enough power to allow the Charge Station to work with the batteries.
